Returns

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size/item exchange or refund within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date.

To request a return please send us an email specifying the number and the date of your order to support@cartechinishop.com

To find the number and the date of your order, please follow the below Return Instructions:

• Go to my area and either sign in to your account cartechinishop.com
• Click on your name and surname that appear at the top right instead of the button "Login" and select link "myCartechini"
• Click on "Orders and returns"
• Then you will find the date and number of your order, object of your return.

At this step you'll be followed by one of our tutor who will process your return.

Return Policy

Return Terms and Conditions:

• Returns must be shipped to us within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date. After this time we do not guarantee that we accept the return
• Refund or exchange will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Cartechinishop.com
• Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order. All items must be in mint condition. They have not been worn, altered or washed and all tags have to be attached
• Items must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment. The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items
• Intimate apparel must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the client
• Items must be returned with their original boxes
• We cannot accept returns for earrings of any type

Exchange

Item can be exchanged when a different size or a different color or with a different model. In order to make an exchange, the first step is to return the original article, and then place a new order. Regarding original item, you will receive the refund, according to our stated Return Policy.

Refund

Once received your return, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on the payment method used, the time for refund can range from 24 hours to 7 days. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original shipping costs.
